The extreme variances requested makes a mockery of the intent of the OCP
Variance identified to date are:
- Side setback: a 9m is required on both North and South sides – a reduction to only 1.55m is being requested on the North side and a reduction to only 2.19m setback is requested for the South side.
- Rear setback: : a 8.6m is required – a reduction to only 5.65m is being requested
- Street frontage: 36m is required – a reduction to only 17.5m is requested
- Parking: 21 stalls are required – a reduction to 1 visitor and 1 car share spot is requested
