Hopefully OCP-2050 will put an end to outlandish proposals

Repeated non-responsive submissions waste staff time, Council resources, and taxpayer dollars and cause unnecessary stress for adjacent residents and the broader neighbourhood.

1st proposal presented to JBNA CALUC in April 2023; 6 storeys, 24 units.

1st submission to the Planning Dept., September 2023; 4-1/2  storeys, 11 units

2nd & 3rd submissions to the Planning Dept., January & May  2024;  4-1/2 storeys, 16 units.

Presented to JBNA CALUC in February 2024  

4th & 5th submissions to the Planning Dept., October and November 2024

4-1/2  storeys, 16 units. Presented to Council in December 2024

6th & 7th submission to the Planning Dept., April & June 2025;

5 storeys, 15 units

8th submission to the Planning Dept., November 2025; 5-storeys plus basement=6 storeys, 17 units.
